Delta Five Security, LLC is seeking qualified individuals to work in Miami-Dade County for our Government Services Division as a supervisor.
Most U.S. military veterans, police / correctional officer academy graduates, current or former law enforcement/corrections officers meet this job's requirements.
SECURITY OFFICERS MUST BE WILLING TO WORK FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES WHICH OFTEN REQUIRES OVERNIGHT SHIFTS, WEEKENDS, AND HOLIDAYS. IF YOU'RE NOT WILLING AND ABLE TO WORK THESE SCHEDULES PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Attend weekly operational meetings (Mondays and Fridays) to discuss issues, concerns, proactive and reactive scenarios.
2. Oversee compliance with all company related standards, including guard performance
3. Monitor Account Activity for emergencies, performance issues, and client concerns
4. Prepare status reports in order to keep the executive staff informed
5. Monitor reports

WHAT WILL TRAINING BE LIKE:
Once chosen as a candidate and assigned to the operations department, you will follow a strict training schedule. Training will include job shadowing methods, study, and testing, along with scenario-based learning.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must have supervision experience
2. D and G Guard License
3. Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to stand post if need to
4. Must be mobile to service various client locations when needed
5. Entrepreneurial and competitive disposition
6. Communication skills and the ability to problem-solve
